We’re pretty sure you’re going to fall in love with your Black Creek Flowers magazines and planners. But hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:

First things first, if there’s any issue with your Black Creek Flowers goods, drop us a line at [email protected]. One of our team members will review your request personally. We aim to make you happy and keep you coming back, so returns are pretty rare for us. But on the odd chance that you need to, we’ll work hard to find a solution that leaves everyone smiling.

Our Return Policy

We always try to exchange goods when possible. If your magazines or planners arrive damaged or with a fault, we’ll do our best to swap them out for you. We can’t promise we’ll always have the exact item in stock, but we’ll go above and beyond to find a resolution that works for both of us.

Do keep in mind that sale items, or those bought using a discount code, can’t be returned.

How to Return Your Item

Before sending anything back, double-check our return policy to ensure your return is valid.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and the item(s) you want to return. If the item is damaged, please attach a photo.
  2. Review: We’ll review your request and get in touch with you to organize return shipping if the return is valid.
  3. Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. This timing depends on third-party payment methods and financial institutions.

Returns are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our criteria.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on item availability. We can’t guarantee we’ll have the item you want, but we’ll make every effort to exchange it for the correct one. If you change your mind, we won’t cover the shipping costs for the exchange—you’ll need to take care of that.

Terms

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, we’ll offer a replacement. If the stock is no longer available, you can either exchange it for another item or get a full refund (including shipping costs). However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use after delivery don’t count as faulty or damaged for returns.
