We\u2019re pretty sure you\u2019re going to fall in love with your Black Creek Flowers magazines and planners. But hey, we get it\u2014sometimes things don\u2019t go as planned. If you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:<\/p>\n
First things first, if there\u2019s any issue with your Black Creek Flowers goods, drop us a line at hello@blackcreek-flowers.com. One of our team members will review your request personally. We aim to make you happy and keep you coming back, so returns are pretty rare for us. But on the odd chance that you need to, we\u2019ll work hard to find a solution that leaves everyone smiling.<\/p>\n
We always try to exchange goods when possible. If your magazines or planners arrive damaged or with a fault, we\u2019ll do our best to swap them out for you. We can\u2019t promise we\u2019ll always have the exact item in stock, but we\u2019ll go above and beyond to find a resolution that works for both of us.<\/p>\n
Do keep in mind that sale items, or those bought using a discount code, can\u2019t be returned.<\/p>\n
Before sending anything back, double-check our return policy to ensure your return is valid.<\/p>\n
Returns are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to deny returns that don\u2019t meet our criteria.<\/p>\n
Exchanges depend on item availability. We can\u2019t guarantee we\u2019ll have the item you want, but we\u2019ll make every effort to exchange it for the correct one. If you change your mind, we won\u2019t cover the shipping costs for the exchange\u2014you\u2019ll need to take care of that.<\/p>\n
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.<\/p>\n
If you receive a damaged item, we\u2019ll offer a replacement. If the stock is no longer available, you can either exchange it for another item or get a full refund (including shipping costs). However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use after delivery don\u2019t count as faulty or damaged for returns.<\/p>\n
